Physical product

Electronics that can survive contact with the world.

Avarix designs electronics as part of a product, not as a board in isolation. Schematics, PCB architecture, power, analog, RF keep-outs, bring-up, and the conversation with mechanical and firmware happen on the same timeline. The point is a device that can be tested, programmed and built — not a pretty layout that dies in EMC or assembly.

When to engage

  • You are designing a new electronic product, not merely wrapping a development kit.
  • Power, analog, RF or density is the actual risk — not the silkscreen.
  • Firmware and mechanical teams need an electrical partner who will stay through revisions.
  • You need a path from engineering samples toward a manufacturer.

Disciplines in play

  • Schematic capture
  • PCB architecture
  • Analog / power
  • Digital / high-speed
  • RF-aware layout
  • DFT / DFM
  • Bring-up
  • BOM strategy

Typical outputs

  • — Architecture and schematic packages
  • — PCB layout and fabrication data
  • — Bring-up notes and known issues
  • — BOM with sourcing commentary
  • — Test-point and fixture intent

What we do

Hardware & Electronics

  1. 01

    Electronics architecture

Part selection, power trees, sensing front-ends, compute, and the trade between custom and module — made explicit.

  2. 02

    PCB architecture and layout

Stackups, analog/digital partition, impedance, return paths, thermal, DFM, test points. Layout is treated as an electrical design, not a drawing task.

  3. 03

    Bring-up and characterization

First silicon of a board is a lab event: power rails, clocks, interfaces, RF, and the notes firmware will need.

  4. 04

    Production-facing design

Panelization conversations, programming headers, fixture access, variant strategy, and a BOM that can be sourced in the real world.
